Ken Kessler is an American-born, UK-based journalist whose articles on watches, hi-fi, music, pens, wine, cars and luxury ‘toys’ have appeared in over 200 different magazines and newspapers in more than 20 countries. A collector of old hi-fi components with a passion for the history of audio, Ken is the author of Quad: The Closest Approach and McIntosh … For The Love Of Music, and co-author of Sound Bites and KEF: Innovators In Sound. He is currently working on another four audio histories.

Ken’s earliest writings about watches appeared in the US magazine, Robb Report, and he contributed to the British watch title, QP, for its first 63 issues. As of 2013, he is the Editor-at-Large for the UK edition of Revolution.
